Patricia Churchland on Neurophilosophy

The two questions is the nature of knowledge and conciousness. Just a brain and yet it has awarness and is able to allow you to talk, are we just molecules????? Watching this video gave me a clearer understanding on what philosophers 2 main questions are and how that is broken down. And as I watched I realized that even with all of the information we gathered we still go back to Plato and Aristotle and they were philosophers from so long ago. We have come such a far way with technology and vehicles and architecture but its so interesting how we are still in the same area regaurding these questions in philosophy. We still ask the same questions and even with all the answers we have thus far it goes back to the very question we start out with, its a wide spread question. Patricia talks about how religious philosophers can be inaccurate, and how we talked about what "matter" means.
